Egg Yolk Skewers
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
4 egg yolks
Black sesame seeds, as needed
Scallions (chopped), as needed
Ketchup, as needed
White sesame seeds, as needed
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
PREPARATION
1. Place 2 wooden sticks on a pan. Place 2 egg yolks over each stick.
2. Put some black sesame seeds and chopped scallions over yolks and cook them.
3. Flip the yolks with sticks. Put some ketchup and white sesame seeds.
4. Enjoy!
