Potato Crust Pizza
Servings: 2
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
INGREDIENTS
2 potatoes
Potato starch, as needed
1 teaspoon olive oil
Pizza sauce, as needed
1 sausage
2 tablespoons shredded cheese
Black pepper, as needed
Dried parsley, as needed
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
PREPARATION
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Boil potatoes until soft.
2. Dust a chopping board with some potato starch and place boiled potatoes (1). Put a parchment paper over potatoes and squash by pressing down a bowl.
3. Cook the potatoes (2) in a lightly oiled pan. Flip when browned.
4. Spread some pizza sauce over (3). Place sliced sausages and shredded cheese on top. Cook with a lid on until the cheese is melted. Season with black pepper. Sprinkle some dried parsley on top.
5. Enjoy!
