「色見えで 移ろふものは 世の中の
人の心の 花にぞありける」

九尾の狐は当初は縁起のいい神獣でした。
しかし時代の流れの中で妖怪として恐れられるようになりました。
人間の勝手な評価によって変えられたことに対する切なさや儚さを表現した作品です。
身体には人の心が変わっていくことを詠った小野小町の短歌を書いています。
様々なものが目まぐるしく変化する現代でも本質を見失わないでほしいという思いと、それでも止められない時代の流れへの無情感の両方を「廻」の文字に込めました。

The nine-tailed fox was initially an auspicious divine beast.
However, in the course of time, it came to be feared as a japanese monster.
This work expresses the sadness and fragility of being changed by human's selfish evaluation.
For the body, I wrote a tanka poem by Ono no Komachi about the changing hearts of people.
I hope that people will not lose sight of the essence even in today's world where various things are changing at a dizzying pace, Also, the character for "Mawari" expresses the heartless feeling of the unstoppable flow of the times.
