MOVEMENT✨

I can’t even explain how good movement is for your mental health. It increases:
-serotonin levels
-decreases anxiety
-gives you a sense of accomplishment
-releases daily stress and tension
-clearer thought progressing and focus!

It’s hard with social media because you see people like myself posting videos of weight sessions or intense training but it doesn’t have to be like that!
Light movement like Yoga, Pilates or just going on a long walk is just as good for you mentally!
I can’t even begin to describe how much just moving my body helped me when I was going through tough times, it helped me think clearer and make better decisions for myself!

So if you’re struggling mentally, try a little bit of movement and see if it’s helps you💕✨
