Abs is one of my favourite things to train and I definitely haven’t been prioritising them as much as I used to and it 100% shows (not just visually)!
So I bought back one of my ab circuits today that used to keep me strong throughout my gymnastics training💪🏼
Can be done at home or in a gym, NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED✨
So give it a go it literally takes 10 minutes 🤩
