🍱In our 3rd episode making bento with premium medium grain Calrose rice cultivated in the United States @usarice.sg. It’s all about local favorites as we prepare a chicken rice bento with Shokaku Premium Musenmai USA Calrose rice (2.5kg pack) by @songherice.

The Musenmai Process is a special water polishing process that polishes and removes much of the surface starch on the kernels. This means that you do not need to wash the rice before cooking. Several brands of USA Calrose Rice can be found in all major supermarkets. But always remember to read the label that these Calrose rice are from the USA!
