AMRAP

Let’s get readyyyyy to SWEAT! Today we are smashing out a 21 min AMRAP workout designed to get that heart rate up and get that body moving 🔥

AMRAP stands for as many reps as possible or as many rounds as possible. For this workout we will be focusing on doing as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes each set, for 3 sets, 2 minutes rest between sets. A total workout time frame of 21 mins! And trust me, you will feel the burn! 🔥

WORKOUT TIP: Keep track of how many rounds you complete on your first time trying this workout and try to improve it next time!
