Grab yourself a medicine ball (or 1 x Dumbbell) and get ready for LEG DAY!

Today I am getting some extra workout motivation from my @womensbestwear @womensbest Power Seamless Collection in Charcoal (cause a cute outfit makes you work that little bit harder, am I right? 😜)

If you don’t have access to equipment either get creative by adding a water bottle or other weighted item or do this session without equipment, it’s still a banger 🔥Give it a go and let's tone those legs and shape those glutes!

30 reps Sumo Squat Pulses
20 reps Alternating Lunges w/ Twists
12 reps Glute Bridge
10 reps Slow Lower Goblet Squats
10 reps Single Leg Romanian Deadlifts (each leg)
