As you may know I am back on my GLUTE GROWTH Train 🚂 That’s right choo choo… destination booty gains! Today I have upped my Dumbbell weight and am using 2 x 12.5kg

15 reps Romanian Deadlifts
15 reps Goblet Squats
12 reps Bulgarian Split Squats (each leg)
15 reps Elevated Glute Bridge
