HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (AKA HIIT) 🔥
HIIT workouts are some of the most effective/efficient forms of training and a great calorie burner 🔥 This is a bodyweight only workout which means no equipment is required. Today I am fueling my workout with @womensbest BCAAs in Fruit Fusion (a new fav!)
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds with 15 seconds rest between exercises. Allow 60 - 90 seconds rest between sets.
