Here’s my full workout from this morning. Working out postpartum is tough, for so many reasons. The mom guilt, wondering, “Should I go check on her? Is she ok? Is it okay I’m out here?” and then realizing, “Wow my body feels different” and how much strength and endurance you used to have.

My workouts right now are focusing on just getting my body moving. Literally, just moving my limbs and waking my muscles up. I’m not going to pretend I don’t want to see physical change either, but I know that will come in time as long as I remain dedicated. At the same time, I know those physical changes aren’t everything, and just moving my body is enough these days.

So here’s a reminder to go easy on yourself these days. Whether you’re postpartum, pregnant, or still just getting through this time we’re all in. You’re doing great ❤️

I also did the diaphragm breathing + core work I’ve previously shared (it’s saved in an insta story highlight in case you missed it) as well as a light cool down/stretch
