It would’ve lit a little fire under my booty to go get a killer workout in!! 🔥 These days... not so much. And hey, maybe I will get back to that spot (I’m sure I will 😌) but these days, it just ain’t it. . This last week has been our toughest week yet. Aurora has been refusing to breastfeed (from what I suspect to be a fast letdown) and so I decided to start pumping so I could give her a bottle. My supply has started dropping from all the stress and I also think I’m not eating and drinking enough... so layering workouts on top of it all is just not worth it for me at the moment. . I know things will get better. There will be better days and weeks. And until then, I’m trying to show myself some grace and just take it one day at a time.
