As Hong Kong loses rights and freedoms it once had, many young people are feeling hopeless about their future. Khan wants to help by hiring them: “We have a lot of grievances, we have anger. But we should press on. This is the hard-knock spirit I learned from growing up in a public housing estate. I am just a small-time business owner, I can't change the world. I can only do a little bit for the people around me.”
