だんだん大きくなる不思議なスイーツです♡

■材料
・もち粉…180g
・砂糖…60g
・ベーキングパウダー…小さじ¼
・湯…120ml
.
・チョコレート…100g
・アーモンドダイス…50g
■Ingredients:
・glutinous rice flour...180g
・Sugar...60g
・Baking powder... 1/4 tsp
・Hot water...120 ml
.
・Chocolate...100g
・Almond dice...50g
.

■手順
1. ボウルにもち粉、砂糖、ベーキングパウダーを入れて混ぜ合わせる。
2. 湯を加えて粉気がなくなるまで混ぜて一塊にまとめる。
3. 100g分の生地をとって丸める。
4. 深い鍋に揚げ油を170度に熱し、取手のついたザルに入れて回しながらきつね色になるまで揚げる。
5. チョコレート、アーモンドダイスをかけて完成です。
■ Steps:
1. Add the dough, sugar and baking powder to the bowl and mix.
2. Add hot water and mix until dry, and combine into a lump.
3. Take 100g of dough and roll.
4. Heat the frying oil to 170 degrees in a deep pan, put it in a colander with a handle and fry it until it becomes a golden brown color.
5. Finish with chocolate and almond dice.
