-Here's a complete leg routine for you to try next leg day!

1️⃣Squats (free standing or in machine):
12 repetitions / 5 sets

2️⃣One leg standing lunges:
12 repetitions per leg / 4 sets

3️⃣Leg extensions: 15 repetitions / 4 sets

4️⃣Hip abductors: 12 repetitions / 4 sets.
(If you don't have this machine available, this exercise can be done sitting on a bench with an elastic band around both your legs, and perform the same movement) -If you're up for having me as your personal trainer, download the app "Fitplan" from my website and let's get you going! Remember, it's the first step that is the most difficult one...
