HAMSTRINGS / FEMORALES 💪🏻🥂
-The hamstrings are for the legs, what the biceps are for the arms. The movement is very much the same for both: curling the weight. Even though you don't see the hamstrings as much as the thighs, it's of highest importance to not skip hamstring day since they give volume and stability to your legs.
So... my dear ladies:
-Here are 4 Fabulous exercises you can do:

1️⃣People in the gym might look weird at you, but there is a clear advantage training the hamstrings like this: training the hamstrings one by one gives you an equal strength one both legs. In the machine, it might be that you use one leg more than the other without knowing it. It's very common.
15 repetitions / 5 sets (or start with 15 repetition, and gradually add more weight and to 10 reps)

2️⃣Another alternative for hamstrings. It's tricky to get the weight up, but when you got the hang of it, you'll see why I like this one so much.
12 repetitions, 4 sets.

3️⃣Hamstring curl with cable. Great exercise where the cable will give resistance throughout the full movement.
12 reps / 4 sets

4️⃣This is a bonus exercise... Extrememly functional indeed. It’s important you have warmed up well before you do this to avoid injury. Beginners can add a mat on the floor for the feeling of safety. This is not for beginners, but if you have built up at least some strength in the hamstrings: Then GO FOR IT!
