I love this message Paige (@fitness__paigee)!!! Your mindset is SO important when you start your fitness journey. A lot of women I have trained have decided to make a change because of something said to them or because somebody else made them feel a certain way. It is SO good to hear when their mindset changes after just a few weeks of training … they start to FEEL amazing and realise that training is something you should be doing for YOURSELF, and not to please somebody else. ⁣
