Guys, i am a long time customer of net a porter and I have never seen this type of service before. I have called and email and cannot get a straight answer about an order I have made 5 days ago. If you have an issue with your supply chain, that’s fine. All businesses hit that hurdle eventually. But at least be transparent about it instead of giving zero information whatsoever or refusing to pick up the phone altogether. This is really disrespectful to your customers!
So here is me trying again: my order is 9541617 and even though it’s clearly never going to come in time for my flight on thursday, i would still very much like a CLEAR UPDATE.

Dear @netaporter , i made an order more than 10days ago and had no news from the shipping... i juste realized the DHL will arrive after I leave my place and i might not even get my order on time ... is there any chance you can find an express solution ? Does anyone take care of the shipping or any solution ?

STOP updating your instagram pages and respond to the literally hundreds of customers you are ignoring with unfulfilled orders and unanswered emails / DMs and phone calls. You are complete scam artists at this point. Will never order from you again.

It appears that every single Instagram post has multiple complaints about your recent customer service. I spent all day trying to reach your cs line and no one picked up. No one responded to my email either. I just DM’d you with my order number.
