alkella5_12 Has anyone noticed that the @netaporter customer service is becoming as horrible as that of @theoutnet? I placed an order EIGHT days ago and it has not been dispatched yet due to *sales traffic*. I sent them an email two days ago but still no answer. So my question to you my good people is the following: if you are going to be slow and incompetent and totally disrespectful to your customers why on earth do you charge 15€ for shipping? Meanwhile I’ve been buying things from @matchesfashion and their service is as excellent as it was before sales. And they charge much less. Shame on you and the whole @yoox group for turning away loyal customers of many years

kaiennnnnnn @netaporter I NEED HELP , NO REPLY FROM MR PORTER What is happening to Mr Porter , I ordered on 17 June till now it’s been 8 days and my order is still processing, emailed them but never reply , called them never answer , anyone have same situation with me ? I’ve no idea what should I do now , this is the worst company , worst customer service !

iqra_anzar1 Hi, i have emailed yu guys so many times regarding my order but didnt get a single response.Even called yu guys on your customers service line and payed for the international calls aswell and still didng got a single response/reply. As you guys such a big brand? This type of customer service was not expected.

kaiennnnnnn @alkella5_12 I’m so disappointed how Mr Porter treat their customer. After a week, at least they could have contacted customers to formally explain the issues , and not leaving customer to chase around trying to get answers. What used to be an excellent fashion supplier has become farcical in extreme.

rumpel2 @netaporter with such a large number of international customers, please look into refunding duties/taxes as a lot of e-retailers including @nordstrom @barneysny @shopredone @amazon @brownsfashion are providing full refunds minus shipping on international orders when the duties are prepaid.

rumpel2 Sent an email a couple days back but haven't gotten a response yet, so posting my question here: If I return a package within the return window time-frame, are import fees / duties & taxes if prepaid (shipping to India) also refunded?
