pineapplechunks123 Ridiculous delivery times - ordered an item at the beginning of the week with the expectation it would arrive well in advance of Monday 24th- have emailed 3 times for an update and no responses to emails - online order just says processing and will be dispatched in the next 24 hours - well that certainly isn’t the case as I would have it by now . Needed it by Monday 24th June for a very special event but it’s obviously not going to arrive until later next week @netaporter - looks like you have another unhappy customer ????

selfykatya I got your app updated recently from the old version (which was fine) and it’s the most annoying thing ever now. Why it’s so bad? It can not sort the brands-when I do it, it still shows everything from different brands although indicates the brand I have chosen. Also if it manages to go through sorting rarely it throws me back to the beginning of the page all the time. I nearly hate your app now tend not to use and wondering why you have changed the good one for such a bad unbalanced version??
