Buck wheat rye. A lot of buckwheat kochstuck, and quite some soaked groats squeezed into my basic dough. Stays moist for days, perfect sandwich bread though I suggest to cut it thick, toast slightly and have with some butter and honey 🍯 #sourdough #ingrainsitrust #artisan #bbga
