One of the cheapest and easiest ways to get active? WALKING!!! Whether you are on holidays, at home, outdoors or on a treadmill, walking is a great place to start for beginners in fitness, BUT is beneficial for all fitness levels. Ladies, I recommend 3+ sessions per week, 30-45 minutes each 😁 I walk anywhere between 5.0 and 6.0KMH (which is 3.0-4.0MPH). If you are walking outdoors, take a friend - or a podcast haha! If you are indoors... watch tv shows from your phone on the treadmill (my favourite). I remember when Netflix wasn’t a thing when I started personal training... and I used to watch Dr. Phil episodes on YouTube haha 😂. BEST!!! www.kaylaitsines.com/app
