Here are 4 simple, achievable tips to reduce your impact everyday: 1. Walk/bike ride/skate or use public transport instead of driving. You’ll be getting FIT while you at it! 2. Avoid plastic whenever you can...reusable shopping bags, keep cups for your coffee, refill your drink bottle, & support companies that produce products & packaging with the environment in mind (glass, tin, paper, reusable containers, decompostable or even packageless (like shampoo/conditioner/soap ‘bars’!) 3. Re-use, re-purpose, or re-build things! We are such a trained ‘throw-away’ society...be creative & considerate. Get good use out of all you ‘stuff’ or share/pass it on to others! (Donations to charity, clothes swaps with your friends...) 4. Try more meat-free meals. Animal agriculture for human consumption has one of the biggest impacts on our planet. PLUS, there are so many amazing vegetarian/vegan options these days! Let’s make ‘Meat Free Monday’ a regular!! 😉 Your example will influence others. The more we demand recyclable, reusable & decompostable products, the more companies and corporations will need to listen and take action too 👊🏼 Change starts with YOU, and continues with US.
