今日の和菓子はねりきりで作った薔薇です。
ねりきりとは白餡に餅や芋を混ぜて作った和菓子で
茶道 で使われる「主菓子」の一種です。
撮影 用に作成しました。
中を白く作りましたが少し見えにくいですね。
上からもバウンスで光当てれば良かったです。

in white bean.
Is a kind of "Jounamagashi" as used in the tea ceremony.
