I started the journey of personal training over 10 years ago and took my work online in 2012. Over that time a huge #bbgcommunity has been created and it's been amazing to see women support each other on their health and fitness journeys. ⁣

I watch day after day as countless women help out one another who often haven't even met before and it's beautiful. Recently however, I have been one of those women, that this amazing community has support. I’m so overwhelmed (with happiness) at the amount of support I have received from you ladies over the past 9 months and now with the announcement of Arnas birth! I actually cannot believe HOW AMAZING all of you have been. ⁣

I know that an #activepregnancy is not NEW.. but I feel, as a trainer and to the fitness industry, it is still new to the social media world. Often with new things comes criticism but for months all I got was total love and support. I just want to take a second to say THANK YOU to this amazing #bbg community. Thank you for supporting me on this journey, thank you for sticking up for me — just honestly thank you. ⁣
