It is SO important to include a rest day in your routine in order for your body to recover and THEN continue to work hard to achieve results. ⁣ ⁣ Having a rest day not only gives your immune system and muscles time to recover but can also help to renew your focus for the week ahead after having some time out. ⁣ ⁣ All of my days are technically 'rest days' at the moment (although I wouldn't call looking after a new born necessarily restful haha).
