Ladies, meal plans do not always work for everyone, because sometimes life just gets in the way. If you're currently struggling to stick to a meal plan, here are some great tips to keep you on track.⁣

✅Try to cook at home - Food delivery services are almost making it TOO easy to order takeaway these days. Cooking at home means you know exactly what's going into your meals and gives you more control over what you're eating. ⁣

✅Drink more water - This is KEY! Dehydration can seriously mess with your body. I recommend 2L per day!!! (More if it is HOT or you have sweat a lot during your workout)⁣

✅Add protein to your plate - Including a protein source in your meal will help to keep you fuller for longer as well as assisting with muscle recovery!⁣

✅Mix up your fruits and veggies - Eating a VARIETY of fruits and vegetables will allow you to take in a variety of vitamins and minerals everyday. ⁣

✅Add more whole grains - Whole grains generally have more fibre, antioxidants and vitamins than refined grains. Try adding barley to your soups OR switching to a whole grain cereal, like oatmeal.⁣
