All of the soakers, porridges and cooked grains to enrich bread with nutrition and flavor. Soaked rye flakes that’ll get mixed with yoghurt for rustic apple bread, cooked barley, ammaranth and oats for porridge bread, toasted spelt brans for whole grain spelt dough, mixed seeds, cooked millet and sesame seeds, toasted germs, buckwheat groats, and there were soaked corn flakes but they didn’t fit into frame :) Love cooking with grains and seasoning bread.
