Apparently it's #BlueMonday, so I thought I'd share a bunch of #pizza a portafoglio (literally wallet pizza, because it folds in 4!) from my recent trip to Naples to cheer us all up. ??
Also, Blue Monday is a hoax invented by travel companies. Enjoy the quiet of January before it all gets crazy again with the Carnival, Valentine's day and Spring rushes in. Resolve in more hot chocolate, yoga and mulled wine (all winter long, not just for Christmas). And why not? Also some hot pizza fresh out of the oven. These ones would sure work as hand warmers too, as you'd eat them in the busy streets of Naples, with the sauce deliciously dripping off your chin.
