If your current and most important goal is to “become slimmer”, by choosing appropriate poses and with the intensity and frequency of practicing yoga would result in achieving it.🌠.

You would be able to return to your proper bodyweight if you’re forcing yourself to do a hard dieting.🎈.

You would even be set free from the unnecessary attachment of forcing yourself to think that you can’t have confidence if you are not slim and find what matters more to you than sticking to the mind of being slim.🌸.

This is my answer as a person who had lived for 31 years and have had all these experiences in the past.😁🧡.
