Getting creative at home/hotel/aka not the gym—I’ve been brainstorming a home version of my split and these juicy workouts are included!!
Basically these things you can do anywhere, (even without the band), and still get a good burn in before you run out to the beach or shopping or get into whatever diabolical plans you have for the weekend!! ?

PART I: Legz
☀️Two-side steps + Squat x6
☀️Assisted Pistol Squats! 10 per leg (I have very poor balance and always have, so this is a good alternative if you struggle with pistol squats like I do & want to work your way up!)
?repeat circuit 3-4 times

☀️Banded Hip Thrusts! 15-20 reps
☀️Single Leg Elevated Glute Bridge 15 reps per leg
