? Cable kneeling crunches 3x10-15, 50-70lbs
? Cable single leg bicycle? Things? 3x12 per leg, 10-20 lbs - Hook one foot to a cable attachment and pull the cable in, knees to elbow!
? Cable reverse crunches 3x12-15, 20-30 lbs
? Lying Reverse Crunch with...hip thrust 3x20, bodyweight
