? DB Romanian Deadlifts with a focus on hammies, less on a glute squeeze
? Cable Abductors into Adductors!! I like keeping the attachment closer to my knee, I find I don’t have knee aches afterwards if I do this!
? Lying Hamstring Curls! I barely fit into this machine lol. I keep the pad in a mid-calf area to best activate my hamstrings (otherwise my calves take all the weight)
? Abductors on Leg Extension! I love using machines for other purposes and trying to be creative and this is one of my favorites for Abductors!
