Well, if you’d like to get in a quick 15-20 min sweaty sesh, hop on a treadmill, pop that incline up to 10-12%, speed at 3-4 mph (depending on your stride I suppose) and let’s get to work!

?switch back to front for 30-45 seconds

?back to front for 30-45 seconds
?now to the back! Watch your balance, you got this — calves will be burning lol

?*last swipe* Whitney added another one for me that was skips and I immediately hit my knee on the treadmill and anticipated falling over into oblivion but def feel free to add skips into your circuit too but like...watch your knees
???Repeat 3-5 times or however long your desired tortur—I mean cardio session is deemed to be. ??
