Did you know— #HilmaAfKlint imagined installing her "Altarpieces” (1915) in a spiral temple, though this plan never came to fruition. It seems that this group of paintings was exhibited in 1928 at the World Conference of Spiritual Science and Its Practical Applications in London—the only known public display of "The Paintings for the Temple" during the artist’s lifetime.
