To feel, not to think.. awakening advice my dear friend gave me the other day.
Sometimes I get caught up in my head and that’s what gets in my way from achieving my goals and dreams. My fear, worries, doubts, all the negative self talk is what gets in my way from moving forward. .
Mother Nature teaches me to feel and not to think, to move from my heart and not from my Head.
Looking at this sky, I feel your unconditional love and infinite colorful possibilities. When I see the world from a heightened perspective, I gain the ability to shift my life experience and simply LET GO & TRUST.

考えるのでは無く、“感じる“。。 時々頭で考えすぎて、感じると言うことをすっかり忘れてしまい、恐れや心配や疑いで頭がいっぱいになり、自分の夢や目標を達成する足が止まってしまう私。

そんな時に、ふと、この美しいハワイの空を眺めながら、母なる大地の無条件の愛とカラフルな可能性を感じ、感じること、心から行動を起こすこと、自分、そして全てを信じることの大切さを改めて学びました。
