Surrender.. is what I learned from ocean. When I surf, I am one with water. Instead of fighting which only makes it worse, I am going with the flow and riding waves. Surrendering is what gives me freedom, relax feeling and ease.. when you find yourself in residence, try releasing all your tensions, let it all go.. once you let go of needing to be in control, you will open the door of infinite possibilities.
海から学んだことの一つが流れに身を委ねるという事。私がサーフィンを心から愛する理由の１つは海と一体感を感じられるから。海と１つになるというのは、最高の感覚！海の中で波に抵抗をすればするほど上手くいかず、反対に波と一つになり身を委ねると気持ちの良いライディングが出来る。身を委ねる事によって自由が生まれ、リラックス出来、心が落ち着く。次に何かの環境で拒んでいる自分に気が付いたら、身を委ねてみては？全てをコントロールしょうという思いを手放し肩の力を抜いたら思いがけない可能性が生まれるかもしれません。。
