今日の和菓子: 冬の蝶
春を象徴する蝶の中でも、夏秋を越して、冬に入っても生き残っている蝶がいるそうです。
ちらちら舞う雪を見ていると、まるで真っ白な蝶が舞っているかの様。
関東でも週末はまた雪の予報。もう一度、冬の蝶に出会えるかしら。

Even though a butterfly is a symbol of spring, it is said that some of them still alive in winter.
Looking at snowflakes in the sky reminds me winter’s butterflies dancing in the air.
Hope to see the butterflies again during this winter in Tokyo...
