有斐斎 弘道館 - Instagrammers Gourmet

今日の和菓子：篝火(かがり火)
京都有斐斎 弘道館さん主催の京菓子展に応募させていただいた作品が審査員特別賞をいただきました。今年のテーマは百人一首。自分の好きな歌を一つ選んで、それを和菓子で表現するというお題でした。他の作品も各々の視点で百人一首を捉え、息をのむほど美しい和菓子ばかり。会場の京町家も趣がある室礼で一見の価値ありです。
京菓子展「手のひらの自然 − 小倉百人一首」2017 は有斐斎 弘道館と三井別邸で11月5日（日）まで開催中です。

Today's Wagashi : Fires of Passion
My wagashi won the Special Jury Prize at the Kyo-gashi competition by Yuhisai, Kyoto. I am very honored to receive this award. The exhibition of this competition is held until Nov, 5th at Kodokan, Yuhisai, Kyoto. It worths to come and see all of the beautiful art of Wagashi.
