内なる探求と、ワークショップのために向かったインドとイタリアの旅から帰国。2週間という短い時間だったけど、常に起こることに身を任せた素敵な旅だった。"ただ自分を生きること。今ここにいること。"そんなありふれていて、目の前にいつでもあるものが、一体何なのか僕は知らなかった。そこで直面する様々な感情やその先の超越した空間、、、その全てが"今"にある。そんな気づきに、内側の深いところで、喜びが溢れているのを感じる?? 日本で、またクライミングをしながら、このエッセンスを深めていこうと思う?

I visited India and Italy for having workshop and my inner journey. It was amazing trip. I was just there. Eat, drink, laugh, cry, play in the rain, sing a song and dance,,,let everything go naturally. "Just being myself. Just here and now." is always passing every moment but I didn't know what it is. Everything is there. All the emotions and the thing more than space time. I feel joy with this new understanding from deep inside?? I want to deepen this essence in my climbing life in Japan??
