Monday blues fix = desserts
Lovely cakes from one of my favorite Japanese cakery, @chefyamashita
Loving that "Choco Renga" (layers of dark chocolate sponge, dark chocolate ganache, fresh fruits and hidden little chocolate balls providing that crunchy bits) and "Uji" (green tea sponge with fresh whip, fruits, and matcha cream with the right amount of matcha bitterness)
New on their menu is the pumpkin pie which is available this season only.
If you like Japanese shortcake then their "Ichigo" will be up your alley.
I think #mehmehgang agree that there is never too much cakes or desserts, especially when they are yummy!
