Approx 1/3 pack of thin udon noodles, cooked according to packet instructions. Estimated about 7-9mins. Drain and set aside
Tsuyu dipping sauce
Optional: You can also serve with spring onions and wasabi if you like
Half a potato - please wash and scrub clean
One disposable chopsticks
One standard pair of chopsticks
Just something fun to start the weekend.
