今日の #和菓子 は #外郎 で作った #青梅 です。
外郎とは砂糖・餅粉・米粉・澱粉に混ぜて蒸した生地で作った和菓子で
#茶道 で使われる「 #上生菓子 」の一種です。
#撮影 用に作成しました。

The Uiro is sweets made with dough steamed mixed with sugar, rice cake powder, rice flour, starch.
Is a kind of "Jounamagashi" as used in the tea ceremony.
