[Kimuraya Bakery, Ginza] ? #Anpan is one of my favourite breads! Did you know that the birthplace of this 'Japan bread' is at Kimuraya bakery in Ginza?
It is the oldest and first Western style bakery in Japan.
Their sakadane anpan uses sake yeast instead of traditional yeast.
I am also in love with their Sakura an butter bread (seasonal product). A huge soft bun with a creamy buttery center filled with cherry blossom aroma , i must try to recreate this at home!
