? SQUATS
They are the fundamental exercise in most fitness programs ? Squats are a great way to build leg strength, especially in the glutes, quads and hamstrings
Here are 3⃣TIPS to get you squating like a pro & firing that ??booty
1. Keep your weight in your heels and squat down like you are sitting in a chair. This reduces pressure in the knee and activates your glutes
2. Place your feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart and squeeze your knees OUT while squatting down & up. This activates more muscle groups (especially your biggest muscle, the glutes) & makes your squats stronger & more stable
3. Keep your chest up & only go as far down as you can keep good technique. You can hold your hands in front (like me in the pic?) or hold onto something in front of you (eg. pole) to help you keep your chest up
