Being an egg ?? My number one tip for getting flexible is CONSISTENCY. Stretching everyday is the best way to teach you body new ranges of movement. The more your body is exposed to something, the more it adapts. I sometimes stretch twice a day. Even 15min each session helps a lot, if you do it EVERYDAY.
