Rainy days in Sydney ?? calls for a little morning home butt workout! I am going to start focusing on glute exercises to help with my running and sprints. Reverse leg lifts are a great little exercise you can quickly do each morning.
I do a set of 20 left leg then right leg, then 15 then 10 then 5. Only takes a couple of minutes and if I have a bit more time, I rest for a couple minutes and then build up the repetitions (5 each leg, then 10, 15, 20) kind of like a roller coaster down and up again! ? ❗️be careful to only lift you leg as high as you can with a straight lower back (stop lifting if you begin to arch or twist your hip up) keep both hip bones pointing toward the ground during the whole exercise ⬇️⬇️?
