【たこ焼き器で簡単♡】マッシュルームハンバーガー🍄🍔Mushroom Burgers

見た目は小さいハンバーガー！？
だけど、実はバンズの代わりにマッシュルームで使ってるんです🍄✨

ジュワッとジューシーなマッシュルームとお肉やチーズがマッチして美味しすぎる！！
食べ始めたら止まらないので要注意だよ😎

■材料
マッシュルーム 16個
ひき肉 80g
レタス 適量
ミニトマト 3個
スライスチーズ 2枚
ピクルス 適量
てりやきソース 適量
白ごま 適量

■作り方
1. マッシュルームの軸を取り、半量にひき肉を詰め中央をかるくへこませる。
2. 薄く油を塗ったたこ焼き器に入れ、裏返しながら両面焼き、ひき肉を詰めていないマッシュルームの表面に白ごまを振る。
3. ひき肉の上にてりやきソースを塗り、レタス、ミニトマト、ピクルス、スライスチーズを重ねる。
4. 残りのマッシュルームをかぶせ、ピックを刺す。

Ingredients:
- 16 mushrooms
- 80g ground meat
- Some lettuce
- 3 mini tomatoes
- 2 slices of cheese
- Some pickles
- Some teriyaki sauce
- Some white sesame seeds

Steps:
1. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and stuff them with half of the ground meat, pressing the center lightly.
2. Place them in a takoyaki pan lightly greased with oil, flip them over and cook both sides. Sprinkle white sesame seeds on the surface of mushrooms that aren't filled with ground meat.
3. Spread teriyaki sauce over the ground meat, then layer lettuce, mini tomatoes, pickles, and slices of cheese on top.
4. Cover with the remaining mushrooms and secure with toothpicks.
