テイストメイドさんのインスタグラム動画 - (テイストメイドInstagram)「【お菓子よこせ👻】ブラウニーおばけ🍫Halloween Party Ghost Marshmallow Chocolate Brownies ゆらゆらおばけのハロウィンスイーツ♡ ハロウィンパーティーにもオススメ🎃✨ ■材料ブラックチョコレート 150g 無塩バター 100g 卵 2個グラニュー糖 60g 塩ひとつまみ薄力粉 50g くるみ 100g フルーツビッツ 20g 《飾り》マシュマロ 12個コーテイングホワイトチョコ適量チョコペン ■作り方【事前準備】くるみは適当な大きさに砕いてフライパンで乾煎りする。バターは常温に戻して柔らかくする。卵は溶きほぐしておく。薄力粉はふるいにかけておく。コーテイングチョコレートは溶かしておく。 1. ブラックチョコレートを湯せんにかけて溶かす。 2. 湯煎から外し、バターを加えて、卵を2回に分けて加え、グラニュー糖と塩を加えて、その都度ホイッパーでよく混ぜる。 3. ヘラに持ち替えて、薄力粉を加えてさっくりと混ぜる。多少粉が残っているところで、くるみとフルーツビッツを加えて混ぜる。 4. オーブンシートを貼ったスクエア型に流し入れ、表面を均す。 5. 180度のオーブンで30分焼き、焼きあがったら型に入れたまま粗熱をとり、粗熱が取れたらケーキクーラーでしっかりと冷ます。 6. 12等分に切り、マシュマロをのせる。上からコーテイングチョコレートをヒダができるようにかけて、冷め固まったらチョコペンで目と口を描く。 Ingredients: - 150g dark chocolate - 100g unsalted butter - 2 eggs - 60g granulated sugar - A pinch of salt - 50g cake flour - 100g walnuts - 20g fruit bits - [Decoration] - 12 marshmallows - Some coating white chocolate - Chocolate pen Steps: 1.
