【レシピ】
材料 天板 (28cm×28cm) 1枚分
・いちじく→3つ
(ジェノワーズ生地)
・全卵 120g
・きび糖 60g
・薄力粉60g
・はちみつ 5g
・牛乳 20g
・バター(食塩不使用) 20g
(クレーム・シャンティイ)
・生クリーム (乳脂肪分 35%)200g
※最後ちょっと余りました
・きび糖15g
旬のいちじくを沢山使ったロールケーキ！今まで作った中で、味は1番かもしれません✨乳脂肪分35％の生クリームで作ったので口あたりが軽くて食べやすい！生地はフワッフワッに仕上がり最高のロールケーキが出来ました。動画ではカットしてますが、ナパージュ(果物がキラキラするやつ)もしてます。

【recipe】
Materials: 1 baking sheet (28cm x 28cm)
・Fig → 3
(Genoise fabric)
・120g whole egg
・Cane sugar 60g
・60g soft flour
・Honey 5g
・Milk 20g
・Butter (no salt) 20g
(Crème Chantilly)
・Fresh cream (milk fat 35%) 200g
*There was a little left over at the end.
・Cane sugar 15g
A roll cake made with lots of seasonal figs! It may have the best taste of anything I've ever made✨It's made with 35% milk fat, so the fresh cream is light and easy to eat.
In the video, I cut it, but I also used napage (the one that makes the fruit sparkle lol).
